Keith Olbermann on Prop 8

This is stirring, heartbreaking and honest. The connection to Loving v. Virginia is beautiful and phrased incredibly. This was heartbreaking for me to hear about, but, more important, it's a sentimental statement that makes me wish I could find a way to endorse it more than I already do.

Thanks, Keith.

Thanks for posting this. I'm from Manitoba Canada and we've had legal same sex marriage year over four years now. Keep up the fight.

Wow. Powerful stuff there Keith. You can tell he has an intense emotional investment in it...it really shows. It's reasons such as this that I will always favor real journalists such as Olbermann and Maddow, over intolerant fear-mongering "journalists" such as O'Reilly, Hannity, Limbaugh, etc. Great post.

Thanks guys.

Anonymous, my cousin and his significant other got married in Canada, and I'm glad that some countries are tolerant.

Bryan, I feel the same way about Keith and Maddow. People say Keith is crazy, but he's a real person and I prefer his bias to the Faux News crew. Though I don't agree with everything he says, nor his politics (I'm a fiscal conservative), he's a much better news source.

Moving, eloquent and obviously heartfelt. But where were you, Keith, before the disgraceful deed was done?
